The Loader position ensures our cabinetry and related wood products are always loaded safely. Physical requirements can be up to 75-100 pounds, one-third of the scheduled shift. Equipment to move products is utilized as much as possible. The job requires detail focus to pull correct cabinetry, scan information, and load in proper sequence for delivery. Job duties include wrapping cabinetry and related wood products. Quality, Safety, Teamwork, and Reliability are the primary focus of the job assignment. The loader must be relied upon to work as a team member and independently to complete tasks.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Experience in Shop Class/Woods/Wood Technology/Cabinet Making is beneficial
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Ability to work within a team setting or independently.
- Ability to use a tape measure (US Standard & Metric).
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Positive Outlook, Problem-Solving Skills
- Must lift 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 occasionally.
- Follow safety requirements
- Willingness to listen to and receive instruction
- A desire to learn and retain information
Responsibilities:
- Be able to work effectively and courteously with co-workers
- Understand and follow safety guidelines, including wearing company-provided protective equipment
- Provide regular and consistent attendance - be on time for the work schedule
- Contribute to the wrapping and loading of cabinetry and parts as defined by company-provided quality standards
- Willingly participate in all training
- Be motivated to achieve production targets and other key performance measures
- Basic Computer Skills
- $18.00 / hour ($16 Base Pay + $2 Attendance Incentive / Regular Hour) + Certification & Production Incentive Pay After Completion of 60-Day Training Period. Opportunity to lear and earn - gain additional skills to earn up to $2.00 with Certification Pay. The Production Incentive is eligible for payout on a biweekly basis. The range for the Production Incentive is $0.75 - $3.88 per regular hour, and the payout includes overtime hours!
