Positions Automated Molder Operator
Wage $17.00 / Hour Start ($16.00 / Hour + $1 / Regular Hour Attendance Incentive)
After 60-Day Training Period: Add 1) Certification Pay + 2) Production Incentive Pay.
Tech Pay Range Level 2 + $1.50/Hour and Level 3 + $4.00 / Hour.
Production Incentive Pay is based on specific numbers being achieved in production.
Production Incentive Pay Range: $0.75 - $4.50 / regular hour! Overtime at 1.5 times
Schedules Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm, Extended hours/Saturdays production needs.
After 60-Day Training Period: 7:00AM - 4:30PM, Monday - Friday
(5 - 9 hour Days), Saturdays based on production needs
Priority Producing a quality product from the Automated Molder to enhance every order
Overall Duties Automated Molder Operator is responsible to process rough cut lumber into dimensional
molding utilized for door and face frame material, decorative moldings and other various
moldings used throughout production areas. Helpful knowledge/skills: Mechanical Aptitude,
Forklift Operation/Certification, Detail Oriented and Quality Focused.
Background: Experience with saws, machinery operation, knowledge of U.S.
linear and metric measurements, some calipers. We are looking for people with
proven manufacturing process experience and are: 1) Willing to learn wood
species, different cabinet parts, finish processes; 2) Work with others in positive
communication; and, 3) Be On Time & Reliable!
Details Physical Demands - On a consistent basis, lifting of lumber pieces up to 30 pounds.
May need to exert push/pull up to 50-75 pounds on an occasional basis.
Safety/Personal Protective Equipment - Work Safe For You & Others! Lift
properly, use tools in safe manner, wear eye and hearing protection.
